Introduction
For the third time, the web3 Warri participated in the Arbitrum DAO Grant Program on Questbook, helping to spread the knowledge of Arbitrum everywhere through our dedicated Arbitrum Universities IRL events, expanding the Arbitrum ecosystem, and inspiring builders to build projects on Arbitrum through the hacker house and hackathon.
TL;DR
- The web3 Warri hosted five Arbitrum Universities IRL events in three states - Delta, Edo, and Rivers states - in Nigeria.
- Expanded beyond Delta State in this round.
- Reached 978 people comprising developers, students, academia, and researchers through the web3 Warri Arbitrum Universities IRL events.
- An average attendance of 195 recorded per institution.
- Hosted the second five-day hacker house (and hackathon) with 52 participants.
- Nine projects built on Arbitrum at the hacker house across these verticals - Real World Assets -RWA, Payments, Stablecoins, Tooling, Gaming, and DeFi
Executive Summary
The focus of this impact report is to showcase the nine projects built at the web3 Warri hacker house 2025, setting the tone for subsequent support from the Arbitrum DAO.
We are submitting this impact report with the goal of incubating and supporting some of the projects built through the web3 Warri Creative Hub, so they end up as startups and self-sustaining leading to a win for the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Projects Built and Deployed to the Arbitrum Sepolia Testnet and Mainnet
OrbitLaunch - Arbitrum Orbit L3 Chain Registry & Deployment Platform
The platform/tool for registering, tracking, and managing Arbitrum Orbit L3 chains on-chain.
OrbitLaunch is a tool built on Arbitrum that allows users to easily deploy and customize their own Arbitrum Orbit Layer 3 (L3) blockchain, enabling them to “own” a dedicated chain in the Arbitrum ecosystem.

KAIRO: Stylus Smart Contract Library (OpenZeppelin for Stylus)
KAIRO is an open-source smart contract library built for Arbitrum Stylus, designed to make decentralized application development in Rust faster, safer, and more efficient. Just like OpenZeppelin serves as a foundation for Solidity developers, KAIRO provides ready-to-use, audited templates for common smart contracts such as ERC20, ERC721, and access control. The project’s primary goal is to enable developers to build on Arbitrum Stylus without having to start from scratch or risk introducing security vulnerabilities.

Next Steps - Incubating these projects and support
ICYMI,
Here’s the summary video of the hacker house on the web3 Warri official YouTube channel.
Since the last hacker house 2024, this 2025 hacker house produced some promising projects that we are recommending should be incubated and supported so they become startups, and self-sustaining. A win for Arbitrum and the ecosystem at large.
