Proposal: Adjust the Voting Power of the Arbitrum Community Pool & Ratify the Agentic Governance Pivot
Vote: Reduce delegation to 0
Reasoning: As mentioned in the proposal, Event Horizon’s scope has changed significantly from what the DAO originally approved. In fact, they now have a new proposal for an Agentic Governance Initiative being discussed in the forum. Because their original approved proposal and this new one differ significantly, we believe the current one should be wound down, and the new one should follow an independent evaluation.
Proposal: Wind Down the MSS + Transfer Payment Responsibilities to the Arbitrum Foundation
Vote: For: Wind down the MSS
Reasoning: The Arbitrum Foundation is already heavily involved in funds transfer from the DAO to third parties. Most notably, they handle KYC operations for the DAO. Transferring full payment responsibilities to the AF will improve efficiency and lead to leaner operations. For this reason, we voted to wind down the MSS.
