Vote: For
Reasoning: Continuing support for all three proposals, we voted in favour.
Proposal: [CONSTITUTIONAL] Remove Cost Cap, Update Executors, Disable Legacy USDT Bridge
Vote: For
Reasoning: Continuing support for all three proposals, we voted in favour.
Proposal: [CONSTITUTIONAL] AIP: ArbOS Version 50 Dia
Vote: For
Reasoning: We are in favour of upgrading Arbitrum One and Nova to this new version to benefit from the improvements coming from upcoming Ethereum upgrades.
Proposal: Revert the Delegate Incentive Program (DIP) to Version 1.5
Vote: #1 Keep current version, #2 Abstain, #3 Sunset DIP, #4 Revert to version 1.5
Reasoning: As stated in our comments to this discussion, we voted to keep the current version of the DIP. Designing an effective incentive program is inherently challenging, so we donât see neither sunsetting the DIP nor reverting to version 1.5 as productive approaches to solve the current discontent with the program. We agree there are issues with the current version, but rather than impulsively reacting at this stage, we would like to see an alternative approach to delegate rewards proposed.
Proposal: [CONSTITUTIONAL] AIP: Security Council Election Process Improvements
Vote: Increase cohort duration, Reduce qualification threshold, Allow members to bypass nominee, Allow candidates to rotate keys, Allow members to rotate keys
Reasoning: We support streamlining the process for the Security Council Elections as suggested by the Arbitrum Foundation. In line with this, we voted to support all changes.
Proposal: Security Council Elections, Nominee Selection
Vote: Blockful ad Pablo Sabbatella
Reasoning: As shared in our comments on Blockfulâs and Pabloâs applications, respectively, we have direct experience working with these players and are confident in their abilities to contribute positively to the Security Council. We believe their background and expertise align with Arbitrum values and the requirements of such a role.
Proposal: [Constitutional] AIP: DVP Quorum
Vote: For DVP Quorum
Reasoning: We voted in favour of DVP Quorum as we trust the Arbitrum Foundation proposed it with the best interest of Arbitrum in mind. Plus, we acknowledge that the rationale behind the recommended baseline quorum thresholds is based on historical quorum averages. The combination of these two factors determined our voting in favour. However, weâd like to highlight again what we said in our comment to this proposal discussion - we should carefully consider any further adjustments to the quorum and look at implementing some of the ARDCâs recommendations.
Proposal: Security Council Election, Member Election
Vote: Blockful and Paolo Sabbatella
Reasoning: Continuing our support for Blockful and Paolo Sabbatella, we voted for them in the Member Election. As shared in our comments on their applications, we have direct experience working with these players and are confident in their abilities to contribute positively to the Security Council. We believe their background and expertise align with Arbitrum values and the requirements of such a role.
Proposal: AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Benchmark for Future Council Terms
Vote: Abstain
Reasoning: We lack sufficient knowledge about the inner workings and workload of the AGV, so we decided to abstain.
Proposal: [Temperature Check] Should we try a Delegate Incentive Program like the Arbitrum Triple Dip?
Vote: Abstain
Reasoning: We believe there should be a vote where the two alternative DIP approaches are voted on against each other. For this reason, we decided to abstain from this vote.
Proposal: Transfer 8,500 ETH from the Treasury to ATMCâs ETH Treasury Strategies
Vote: For
Reasoning: We are in support of mobilising idle assets in the treasury for them to be actively managed. For this reason, we voted in favour of transferring the ETH to the ATMCâs Treasury Strategies. Additionally, we suggest that it becomes a standard process to periodically transfer the ETH from the Sequencer and Timeboost revenues to the ATMC for them to be actively managed.
Proposal: The DAO Incentive Program (DIP 2.0)
Vote: Abstain
Reasoning: We believe there should be a vote where the two alternative DIP approaches are voted on against each other. For this reason, we decided to abstain from this vote.
Proposal: AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Startup-Phase Bonus for Current Council Members
Vote: For
Reasoning: The proposal fairly recognises the materially higher workload AGV Council members carried during the programâs startup phaseâwork that went far beyond the original 4h/week scope. Council members were instrumental in building AGVâs core systems from scratch, including investment strategy, risk policies, governance setup, and early hiring. This effort was essential to turning the GCP concept into a functioning investment vehicle.
The one-time bonus is retrospective, fully vested, and funded entirely within AGVâs existing operating budget, requiring no additional DAO resources.
Proposal: Tim Chang reconfirmation for AGV council
Vote: Abstain Reasoning: We believe that continuity is important, specially with the DAO having so little information on how the initiative currently stands. However, there was enough time for AGV to prepare itself for this election, so we are abstaining in this vote.
Proposal: John Kennedy reconfirmation for AGV council
Vote: Abstain Reasoning: We believe that continuity is important, specially with the DAO having so little information on how the initiative currently stands. However, there was enough time for AGV to prepare itself for this election, so we are abstaining in this vote.
Proposal: AGV - 2026 Council Elections
Vote: 33% Greg Canessa (GregCanessa) - Strategy / Operations Leader; 33% JoJo (JoJo) - Governance & Policy Leader; 33% David Bolger (DavidBolger) Business Development / Growth Leader
Reasoning: We think that the council needs a balanced composition with several seats related to AGVâs core activities. With the reconduction of John Kennedy and Tim Chang, we believe the candidates we select have complementary skills.
