We have been hard at work towards developing a pluralistic grant program for Arbitrum, and we are excited to share our progress with you. Here’s a summary of what we’ve been up to:
Gov Month Report: Our Gov Month campaign was a great success and were excited to share our results and insights in our report
tldr:
Gov Month emerged from the recognition that many DAOs lack a comprehensive understanding of their organizational direction when building grant programs and distributing funds, i.e., a strategic framework. In a 30-day campaign, we increased community engagement and gathered crucial input for shaping the strategic framework.

ThankARB: A Strategy, Framework, & Platform for Arbitrum’s Success
We launched more insights on our ThankARB Strategy which guides our grant framework design, stakeholder coordination, and future directions in alignment with Arbitrum’s ecosystem. It is composed of three parts: a Strategic Diagnosis, a 4C Strategy Policy, and Strategic Actions.
RFP - Abitrum Short-Term Incentive Program (STIP) Data Monitoring and Reporting
We submitted a Request for Proposals (RFP) for one or two specialized service providers (SPs) to deliver three deliverables:an open-source dashboard and analytics tooling capable of delivering real-time data on the following objectives across both priorities; regular reporting to the Arbitrum community, and a Final Impact Report
Bi-weekly gov workshop call
This week, we hosted an open governance call with delegates and teams actively contributing to the Arbitrum ecosystem. This week’s hot topics :
- Grant Accountability and the Overlap of Grants and Working Groups, providing a comprehensive overview of ongoing activities.
- STIP KYC process and funding closure.
- Onboarding new DAO participants, which has seen significant growth following the STIP initiative.
Recordings from the session are now available to access on the workshop post here
