Having followed this discussion and proposal, I voted yes in Snapshot. Updating the compensation amount from 7500 ARB to $8000 seems reasonable. Also, perhaps it’s better to disallow member re-election in two consecutive terms within a 12-month period. Or any other variations of this idea that make sense. We can always hold a new vote to allow re-election in case it’s needed.
Centralization concerns voiced by some here also make sense. I’d be keen to try the ADPC idea to keep advancing the DAO, and reassess near end of term to make potential adjustments.
