WHO are you talking to? This is a DAO. If you want something to get done, you have to create a proposal that is legible, specific, and supported.
This “return funds to …” isn’t going to cut it.
A proposal that could pass would be “here is the list of xxx addresses that had y specific issue. The sheet shows the exact number of tokens we are requesting from the DAO and how they will be split. In addition, the funds would be sent to this smart contract which will automatically split the tokens out to the affected users.”
Sorry, but no one is going to do that work for you all for free. You could offer to pay someone to draft a good proposal for you if you don’t know how.
