Blockworks Research is voting in favor of reconfirming the council appointees. While the recent TreasureDAO incident was indeed something the DAO should think about and evaluate, we think the GCP should continue.
We vote to āReconfirm Tim Chang and John Kennedy for the GCP Councilā.
Their expertises and experiences are valuable for continuous explorations of the GCP and we support them to serve the council.
The results are in for the GCP Council Re-Confirmation Vote for John Kennedy and GCP Council Re-Confirmation Vote for Tim Chang off-chain proposals.

Below are the opinions of the UADP:
Although we donāt directly know Tim and John, we voted to reconfirm both of them based on the second-hand information that we have reviewed. Regardless of this decision, we still hold skepticism regarding the GCP as a whole and would like to see updates regarding clear progress. Since so much capital has been allocated to this, it wouldnāt be wise to not place competent individuals at the helm of the program.
Snapshot: Voted to reconfirm both appointees. Hope to see progress soon.

=== COMMENTING RATIONALE ===
I have met John personally and have been very impressed with his ability to bring quality to difficult conversations. He is exactly the type of person we need in the DAO, not just in the GCP. I cannot speak highly enough of John Kennedy.
Iāve been very impressed with Tim Chang and have heard great things about him from people I trust who interact with him consistently. Additionally, and most importantly, he went to the University of Michigan - so you know he is quality. Go Blue!
Lastly, Iām looking forward to the results of GCP. It is an innovative program and can be a differentiator for Arbitrum.
