The three Watchdog ban votes (Good Entry, Limitless, APX Finance) were counted as one proposal with one budget. Every RAD delegate who voted on one of them voted on all three. With only 2 proposals counted, the participation threshold stays at 50%, so voting on either one was enough.

Incentivized VP was total on both proposals. Every enrolled delegate who voted cleared the monthly participation gate and the 200,000 VP floor; the closest was Sov at 200,151 VP. For the Watchdog bans, each delegate’s VP was identical across the three ballots.
Observations
- The drop in total rewards, from $25,000 to $15,000, comes from the proposal mix, not from delegates doing less. Participation among the 27 active delegates was essentially unchanged.
- Five enrolled delegates did not vote at all this month, up from four. Gauntlet, Reverie and @whizwang voted in August but not in September, while mihal.eth and Mikael Bondum returned after sitting out August.
- The three Watchdog votes were scored as one.
Payments
September rewards were distributed on 29 September 2026 in a single transfer from the RAD multisig. Rewards are denominated in USD and paid in ARB, converted at a 7-day TWAP of $0.21994881 per ARB, measured 22 September to 29 September over hourly closes and cross-checked across three venues.
