@Tnorm and I will be hosting pitching sessions to allow all applicants to share with the delegates why they should vote for their grant.
There will be a total of 5 pitching sessions, one every day next week. They will be held at different times each day to account for different time zones. Each meeting will be 90 minutes long and will have 16 5-minute slots. Each meeting will be recorded and posted on the forum for delegates to watch back.
The pitching sessions will be broken down as follows:
5 Minutes: Intro
80 Minutes: 16 5-minute pitching sessions
5 Minutes: Outro

Applicants who have fulfilled all the necessary requirements to be considered for a Snapshot vote are eligible to register for a speaking slot here. Each applicant is limited to one, ensuring everyone gets an opportunity to speak.
Call for Delegates
We encourage all delegates to attend the calls or watch the recordings. There are over 70 eligible applicants and it can be time-intensive to read each application. This will be a great way to get a summary of all the projects so you can make well-informed decisions during the voting process.
