This may initially be scoffed at by skeptics, but I do believe our accessible governance and truly DAO-driven approach is one of the keys to highlight and make accessible to builders. As a builder myself, and having functioned across over a dozen DAOs, Arbitrum is by far the most truly decentralized and DAO-driven. It comes with some clumbsy moments and politics, but ultimately, it is one of the only ecosystems where anyone can enter and have their proposals and ideas heard, often passed by the DAO without asterisks. Adding a governance pipeline by which we connect builders with delegates, and conversely filter applications such that we don’t flood delegates, along with a proposal pipeline would be hugely valuable. I believe @paulofonseca was interested in a different, but tangential pipeline so I’ll tag him to see if he may want to offer his thoughts as well. But, when you really think about the DeFi protocols in Arbitrum, it generally seems to be the most governance-included ones which hold heights loyalty and contribution.
