Future Plans & Continued Ecosystem Alignment
Post-Grant Roadmap: Xcan
Based on feedback and demand, we are transitioning into a scalable, long-term ecosystem product: Xcan.
Xcan is a trustless onboarding and certification platform, designed to fill a gap in the Arbitrum ecosystem by offering:
-
Structured learning (Speedrun Stylus β Core Stylus β D.A.A.O. modules)
-
GitHub + Wallet-based onboarding
-
LLM-driven feedback and project scoring
-
On-chain certification of skills and challenge completions
-
Educational repositories tailored to Stylus, Orbit, and L3 development
Target Audience Includes:
-
Students & Web2 devs transitioning to blockchain
-
Protocols seeking certified Orbit developers
-
DAO contributors looking for verifiable skill attestations
-
Builders exploring DeFi, cross-chain infra, or agents
Long-Term Commitment:
Speedrun Stylus infrastructure will be maintained until 2027. Leaderboard, explorer, and submission engine will remain live, while Xcan builds forward on this foundation.
Additional Remarks
-
Speedrun Stylus has proven that open challenge-based platforms with tight ecosystem alignment can convert interest into meaningful contribution.
-
Collaboration with Lampros DAO, Arbitrum Africa, and Arbitrum Foundation DevRel proved crucial in localizing content and activating real-world developers.
-
We believe our model can be replicated and extended across other Layer 3 and zk-powered initiatives on Arbitrum.
