As of today November 3rd, 2023 the first batch of STIP funding disbursements are claimable for protocols that have already passed KYC and signed their grant agreements.
The following 13 Hedgey streams were initiated by the multisig yesterday and were backdated to start October 19 in order for the first claim period to be today (11/3/23). Going forward, funds will be claimable every two weeks until January 26th totaling 7 disbursements for each protocol.

As more protocols pass KYC and sign grant agreements, their streams will be started in batches. They will all be backdated to start on October 19th and conclude on January 26th. This means they can claim any payments missed as soon as their stream is created and will then continue on the same bi-weekly schedule as everyone else.
For example, if the next batch of streams is started on November 8th, those protocols would immediately be able to claim their first distribution, then would claim their next disbursement on November 17th, and would then continue on the same schedule as everyone else.
If the next Batch after that starts November 18th, they would immediately be able to claim their first two distributions and would then continue on the same schedule as everyone else.
This thread will be updated weekly as each new batch of streams is initiated by the multisig.
The second batch of STIP funding streams were started today (November 10th) by the Incentives Multisig.
The following 13 Protocols had their Hedgey streams initiated. These protocols will receive 7 equal disbursements. The first disbursement is already claimable. The next 6 disbursements will follow the same schedule as batch 1 and will be claimable on Nov 17th, Dec 1st, Dec 15th, Dec 29th, Jan 12th, and Jan 26th.

The initial program rules aimed to give protocols 16 weeks to distribute funds but had a January 31st deadline. Since the KYC process delayed the start of the streams, this is no longer possible as 16 weeks from now extends into March. Given this, the multisig has instructed protocols to complete the distribution of incentives by February 16th, 2023 as a compromise of the two expected timelines.
Ser this dashboard is quite good but plus report to hedgey to add at least a label next to the distribution to know the destination protocols. We are all autistic here but not that autistic.

This probably isn’t the best place but had a search & couldn’t find a better one so…
Is there some mechanism by which users of a protocol (that is in receipt of STIP funding) is able to raise issues which might lead to that protocol either a) being gently reminded of its obligations or b) of the funding being removed?
Have a very specific case where a protocol encouraged users to engage with one particular pool with a clear commitment:
“ARB grant received as part of our STIP (~200K ARB) will be added on top of [X] incentives in coming weeks!”
That turned out not to be the case but rewards did go to a different pool. Communication from project has been either absent or unintelligible.
Some users seem to have shrugged this off as ‘just what happens in crypto’ but personally don’t think STIP rewards should be dangled like a carrot that is then removed, and if projects behave in such a way the award should go elsewhere (as there are plenty that would not behave in such a manner).
The STIP multisig is aware of the ongoing exploit on Kyberswap. While the current claim period has been fully claimed, the multisig is actively monitoring the situation and will take appropriate action prior to the next distribution in consultation with the Kyber team.
