Arbitrum DAO Procurement Committee: Phase II Proposal

I’m voting in favor of this proposal. Imo the budget is reasonable and it allows the Procurement Committee to pursue the work they have been doing for the past months. Concerning the automatic re-election of members, I’ve already expressed my opinion in favor in a past comment on the forum (Arbitrum DAO Procurement Committee: Phase II Proposal - #21 by 0x_ultra)
