Hackathon Continuation Program

I’ve decided to vote in favor of the reasons I mentioned earlier. However, regarding the options ‘no onchain’ and ‘yes onchain,’ I’ve chosen the first one for now. I believe the implications of the ‘yes, onchain mechanism’ option haven’t been fully explained, and I’d like to have a clearer understanding before making a decision in that direction. Perhaps it would be better to consider this as a separate proposal for further discussion.
