Unaccounted movement of $ARB funds for GCP

We saw 225m Arb tokens transfered to this Safe multi sig on 10 June. there was another transfer of 349,000 tokens trf’ed to Coinbase Prime on 20 July? what was the purpose of this? was it to sell or for something else?

i think for large movement of funds there needs to be some transparency on the purposes/rationale of movements to avoid the DAO/public from having questions or speculation of this

As of today 9,391,666.66667 $ARB sent to Coinbase. (includes 3,141,000 $ARB + 666.6667 $ARB sent today)

60,000,000 $ARB sent to address 0xC5698b7143f0F74a8F2b709876ad25c268E8d3fe (includes 20,000,000 $ARB sent today)

Is this correct?
