We’re voting abstain for this proposal
The proposal revises how the program is run, adjusting scoring, enforcement and eligibility. It still could improve in a way to ease and streamline the implementation of the program. We’d feel an automated approach plus manual review by the program managers streamlines the process the most. We support adding a new tier and lowering complexity for scoring and for onboarding, admin overhead wherever possible should be reduced. We hope to see this type of improvements to continue (as we imagine the proposal will pass). We don’t feel particularly strong enough about any other points raised to support the proposal, so we will vote abstain.
