Supporting this proposal is wise as it promptly addresses the immediate revenue decline by adjusting the L2 base fee while laying the groundwork for a flexible, long-term solution. This dual approach secures essential ETH inflow, sustains Arbitrum’s competitive edge, and ensures the DAO’s economic stability and adaptability in an ever-changing market environment. 
Jumpstart fund for DAO improvement
This proposal seems unnecessary because the DAO already has established processes for funding proposals and addressing operational challenges. The added complexity of a pilot fund and problem-gathering exercise appears redundant. The existing mechanisms should be sufficient to identify and prioritize issues without the need for an additional layer of bureaucracy and funding allocation.
Temperature Check: Change Arbitrum Expansion Program to allow deployments of new Orbit chains on any blockchain
I support this proposal because it expands the Arbitrum Expansion Program beyond Ethereum, allowing projects to deploy Orbit chains on other networks. This can significantly increase revenue for ArbitrumDAO, enhance EVM and Stylus dominance, and provide greater flexibility for developers. The expansion addresses industry demand and supports Arbitrum’s growth and adaptability in a competitive landscape.

I support this proposal as it aims to enhance communication and collaboration among DAO delegates through a dedicated off-site event.
