1. Arbitrum D.A.O. (Domain Allocator Offerings) Grant Program - Season 3 (Voting ends on 20th Feb, Thursday)

This proposal seeks to extend the Domain Allocators Offerings Grant Program for a 3rd season. This 3rd season will run for a full year, encompassing the existing four domains (Protocols, Education/Community and Events, Dev Tooling, and Gaming), and a new Orbit domain.

The allocation will be as follows: $1,500,000 for each of the four domains “New Protocols and Ideas”, “Education, Community Growth and Events”, “Dev Tooling on One and Nova”, and “Gaming”, and $750,000 for the new “Orbit” domain.

:arrow_right: The program will maintain its milestone-based payment structure and focus on long-term project sustainability. The DAO had previously elected the domain allocators for all 5 domains on Snapshot.

:arrow_right: This proposal is requesting a total of 23,426,465 ARB tokens, equivalent to the $6,750,000 for the 5 domains and the $703,800 for OpEx, including 35% as buffer at the current price of $0.43 per ARB token.

2. Request to Increase the Stylus Sprint Committee’s Budget (Voting starts on 20th Feb, Thursday)

Entropy Advisors is proposing to allocate another 4M ARB from the DAO treasury to the Stylus Sprint program, to extend funding opportunities to promising projects that were not initially accepted into the Sprint.

:arrow_right: With 147 applications and ~31.92 million ARB in funding requests, demand for the Stylus Sprint program significantly exceeded expectations. The committee received a large number of exceptional applications, but unfortunately, due to the initial budget constraints, the committee was only able to fund 17 applications.

:arrow_right: With Stylus as one of Arbitrum’s strongest competitive advantages, the committee believes that funding all impressive applications from Stylus Sprint is a worthwhile investment for the DAO is a worthwhile investment for the DAO.

:arrow_right: Specifically, this additional 4M ARB will fund a total of 9 applications, with 5 applications under the Open Application track and 4 applications under the RFP track.

1. Arbitrum Growth Circles Event Proposal (Voting ends on 20th Feb, Thursday)

Farstar’s “Arbitrum Growth Circles Event Proposal” requests a budget of $67.2k USD and aims to host a three-month series of eight events aimed at fostering a self-sustaining support system within the Arbitrum community.

:arrow_right: The events are designed to empower early-stage and high-growth protocols by providing a structured environment for knowledge sharing, networking, and peer-led support. It will include breakout discussions, expert clinics, and workshops, with a focus on topics like market strategies and relationship development.

:arrow_right: This series is a direct response to findings from the AVI Pilot’s ecosystem investment thesis, which emphasizes the importance of empowering skilled builders to become leaders within the ecosystem.
