AIP: Timeboost + Nova Fee Sweep

I vote FOR this proposal on Snapshot. There are no reasons to oppose this proposal, it brings new funds that would be otherwise locked to be readily available for other uses to the DAO. Also, Timesweep takes advantage of the possibility of bringing additional rewards to the ecosystem while reducing MEV affectations. I’m confident that the team will keep monitoring the impact of this new transaction order policy to fine tune it in the future, as it is said in the proposal.

I voted FOR this proposal. Stylus is one of the key tech advancements of the Arbitrum ecosystem, and we as delegates must incentivize the activity of worthy projects to use these tools to build infrastructure and apps on top of Arbitrum. While this proposal does double the budget of the Stylus Sprint proposal approved earlier, the committee evaluated and rated these projects as promising in a pool of 147 applications. I vote FOR this initiative, as it is clear that both previous seasons have yielded positive results, bootstrapping relevant platforms and protocols with funding enough to start operating, even if the number of completed projects sharply dropped in the second season. I was inclined to vote yes from the start given that this kind of event, if done right, can have a multiplying effect on the developer community. The proposed changes help to bring Pectra relevant modifications to Arbitrum, and also advance account abstraction in the ecosystem. In this sense, I see no reason to oppose this initiative, as it seeks to bring new technical possibilities for users. EIP-7702 is especially interesting from a defi perspective because it brings new capabilities to the wallet and smart contract ecosystem, specifically batching. I’m voting for option 4, deploy nothing. The rationale lies in that, while the numbers might seem enticing to support this option, with yields of up to 20% in the case of Karpatkey, these are numbers that can be eclipsed by one wild market swing in crypto.
