Upcoming Onchain Proposals 
1. Entropy Advisors: Exclusively Working with the Arbitrum DAO, Year 2 and Year 3 (Voting starts July 24th)
This proposal seeks to extend Entropy Advisors’ partnership with the DAO for two additional years.
If passed, the second official engagement would go into effect on September 1, 2025, immediately following the conclusion of Entropy Advisors’ first mandate.
A base pay of $3M per year is proposed. Additionally, and in an effort to achieve long-term alignment with the Arbitrum ecosystem, a 5M ARB allocation to Entropy Advisors is proposed, locked in a vesting contract with a 1-year cliff and 3-year vest. Lastly, 10M ARB will be set aside for the OAT to negotiate directly with Entropy Advisors on establishing short, medium, and long-term incentive mechanisms.

1. Updating the Code of Conduct & DAO’s Procedures (Voting ends July 24th)
This proposal extends the trial period for the DAO’s Code of Conduct and Procedural Updates, till the end of January 2026. Additionally, the following changes are being proposed to these respective texts:
Code of Conduct: Changes to the Enforcement & Appeal Process section to better reflect the DAO’s rapidly evolving structure, and other minor changes to make the text more widely applicable.
Procedural Updates: Removal of the Responsible Voting Policy due to the presence of vote-buying services, inclusion of a specified process for replacing DAO-elected committee/council members who voluntarily step away from their responsibilities, and inclusion of a specified process for cancelling existing DAO initiatives.
