1. Continued Funding for the Arbitrum Foundation
This proposal seeks funding of $16M in USD (RWAs), 1.7k ETH and 230mn ARB to support the Arbitrum Foundation’s continued operations for an additional year beyond its initial allocation under AIP 1.1.
The Foundation serves as a growth engine and cost center of the Arbitrum ecosystem on behalf of the DAO. It coordinates development of the technology stack, executes strategic partnerships in coordination with other Arbitrum Aligned Entities, supports and funds ecosystem expansion and facilitates DAO initiatives. Importantly, it also covers all costs associated with Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova, with technical costs expected to represent 54% of all anticipated expenses for 2027.
This proposal looks to fund the work that drives builders, capital and users onto Arbitrum, lifting DAO revenue and feeding the next round of ecosystem growth.

Off-chain Proposals
1. Extending DRIP’s Mandate
Entropy proposes to extend the DRIP program’s end date from July 1st, 2026 to July 1st, 2027, giving the Season Selection Committee additional time to deploy remaining ~63.7M ARB across future seasons.
The initial DRIP proposal outlined a 1-year mandate to execute up to 4 seasons with a total budget of 80M ARB. However it soon became clear that 3-month seasons were too short of a time period to run an effective campaign, leading to slower and more prudent distribution of rewards.
Because no additional funds are being requested and because all other program terms remain unchanged, this proposal only requires an offchain vote.

Temperature Checks
1. Transition Arbitrum One ordering policy to Priority Gas Auctions
Offchain proposes to disable Timeboost on Arbitrum One and replace it with a Priority Gas Auction (PGA) mechanism, an ordering policy that’s more familiar for actors who are willing to pay for transaction priority. In addition, it would sunset Timeboost on Arbitrum Nova.
