Further positioning of Arbitrum as a Digital Sovereign Nation via a comprehensively written report launched by Messari
Two new X channels were launched, focused on increasing mindshare from India & Brazil, geographies crucial for future ecosystem growth.

Arbitrum Open House:
Arbitrum Open House was officially launched targeting its first region: India. The Open House is a multi-tiered program to enable builders to build on Arbitrum and to launch new projects in the ecosystem. It consists of:
Open House Learn (Aug 5 - Aug 16): A multi-week online educational experience empowering people with the knowledge and skills they need to build (through self-guided courses, workshops, presentations and AMAs). This track is currently live and participation is always open.
Open House Build (Aug 22 - Sep 10): A 3-week online hackathon with $33k in total prize pool. The hackathon will offer online support channels, practical workshops and mentor hours. Winning teams will be invited to a guaranteed spot in the IRL hacker house. Registration is live.
Open House Hack (Sep 18 - Sep 21): A 4-day intensive and exclusive hacker house in Bangalore, India, where winning teams from Build + selected applicants come together for focused building and taking their project to the next level in development. With $70k in total prize pool and a chance to join the to-be-announced Open House Accelerator, the possibilities for participants are potentially transformative. Applications are live.
Arbitrum Audit Program
The DAO-approved Arbitrum Audit Program was officially launched. Early-stage projects building on Arbitrum can now apply for funding to cover third-party security audits from whitelisted audit firms, helping projects ship securely without burning runway and strengthening overall ecosystem security.
The Arbitrum Audit Committee whitelisted 12 out of 30 the audit firms who applied.
