[Arbitrum]

Tech

• Established Discord and Telegram developer support SLAs, now covered directly by the Arbitrum Foundation DevRel team.
• Teased the Open House 2026 announcement, Arbitrum’s global, founder-first builder initiative, and announced the 2026 Open House roadmap.
• Reviewed Arbitrum-aligned projects and contributed data from 400+ repositories to the Electric Capital Developer Report.
• Represented Arbitrum in external media and events:
  • Appearance on The Block’s Crypto Beat podcast covering the Fusaka upgrade.
  • Presentation at NodeTLV on reactive patterns in Node.js using on-chain data.
• Published new developer content:
  • Builder’s Block Newsletter #008.
  • Blog post on the benefits of WASM for blockchain.
  • X article introducing x402 v2.
  • Arbitrum Audit Program: Transparency Report #1.

Marketing

• Shared 2025 marketing performance highlights (see screenshots):
  • Arbitrum ended 2025 as the #1 L2 by mindshare, according to Kaito.
    
    
  • All owned media channels outperformed 2024 benchmarks.
    
    
• Launched the new arbitrum.io website, introducing the AE narrative and refreshed look and feel, with additional rollouts planned.
• Published the 2025 wrap-up blog, “ Arbitrum in 2025: The Year of Everywhere .”
• Announced the Ambassador Program launch in Japan, with tour dates beginning January 7.

Investments and Capital

• Engaged with new and existing capital partners to educate and deepen relationships for potential collaborations.
• Hosted a roundtable with the allocator community to discuss opportunities emerging across the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Finance

• Continued processing of payables for DAO programs, including returning excess funds from the D.A.O Season 3 program to the DAO Treasury.
• Worked with Entropy to define process flows for new treasury initiatives.
• Successfully executed yield-generation strategies for DAO ETH holdings in coordination with Entropy.
• Supported OpCo hiring initiatives.

Ecosystem

• Focused on closing remaining open topics toward year-end.
• Concluded the India Open House mentorship program.

Governance

• Published the Comparing Quorum Requirements Across DAOs report as part of DVP-Quorum research.
• Published the Joining ArbitrumDAO: Your Complete Governance Guide blog post.
• Published Improving Arbitrum’s Governance UX survey.
• Worked with OpCo to complete the handover of ownership for the Rewarding Active Delegates (RAD) program.
• Worked with the Security Council to facilitate a key rotation for Gauntlet (a Security Council member).
