Governance
- On-chain vote for the AF Funding Proposal concluded.
- Completed the temperature check for the Automate Timeboost Proceeds Split Proposal.
- Continued outreach to support migration away from Arbitrum Nova following the approval of the proposal to Minimize Arbitrum Nova.
- Published Transparency Report #3 for the Arbitrum Audit Program.
Tech
- The London Open House Online Buildathon concluded with ~800 builders participating and 275 projects submitted. Winners have been announced.
- The London Founder House begins July 10 at Encode Club LDN, with 120 founders invited from more than 400 applicants.
- Created and distributed the first Foundation engagement survey to teams that participated in Foundation programs, including Open House and Mentorship.
- Published Builder’s Block newsletters #19 and #20, alongside technical content, panels, and workshops supporting Open House and other ecosystem initiatives (including x402 + AWS, and related activations), growing the Builder Newsletter by 1% over the past 30 days to approximately 10,000 active subscribers.
Finance
- Completed the deployment of approximately 12,800 ETH into EtherFi’s eETH liquid staking product, including recalling ETH collateral from counterparties, bridging assets, and staking via ether.fi.
- Continued the ETH covered call program, generating $38,812.50 in premium income while the underlying ETH remains staked in eETH.
- Finalized the sourcing plan with OAT and Entropy for the approved Foundation funding drawdown from the ATMC portfolio, consisting of $16M in RWA/stablecoin positions and 1,740 ETH.
- Returned funds that were held on behalf of the AGV, to the DAO Treasury, following AGV Wind-down proposal.
Ecosystem
- Arbitrum Audit Program
- Processed more than 50 applications throughout June, with several teams progressing toward audit contracting.
- Advanced AI Security Pilot research by benchmarking five full audits against the outputs of five AI security tools.
- Mentorship
- June marked the closing phase of the first Mentorship cohort, with Demo Day preparation as the primary focus. The team engaged more than 60 investors, with over 30 confirmed attendees.
- Hosted a marketing clinic, legal workshop, security best practices session with Sherlock, fireside chat with AJ, weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions, and Demo Day preparation calls.
- Published and amplified team spotlights across ecosystem social channels throughout the month.
- Grants
- Continued disciplined review of grant applications and milestone payouts as well as processing Arbifuel applications.
- Drafted grant agreements for the London Founder House winners.

- Supported the launch of LG’s pilot Arbitrum Chain for advertising inventory, resulting in coverage across Fortune and other media outlets.
- Supported the launch of Robinhood Chain on Arbitrum mainnet and represented Arbitrum at the London announcement event, generating broad media coverage.
- Investment & Capital Engagement
- Hosted an oversubscribed Arbitrum Onchain Capital Markets briefing in London for allocators, investment firms, and asset managers, featuring speakers from 21Shares, FalconX, Offchain, and the Arbitrum Foundation.
- Represented the Arbitrum Foundation at the Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Conference.
- Represented the Arbitrum Foundation at the Selini Summit for investment firms and digital asset allocators.
