1. Arbitrum Hackathon Builder Continuation Program (voting starts on 5th Dec, Thursday)
RnDAO proposes to co-fund a phased 6-month program in partnership with Arbitrum DAO to invest in 4 Arbitrum CollabTech Hackathon winners with the aim of taking these projects from a hackathon PoC to MVP.
RnDAO is proposing for Arbitrum DAO to invest $187,980 into the winners, while RnDAO will provide $200,250, and provide weekly hands-on support.
Phase 1 will focus on validating ideas and understanding the market landscape, while Phase 2 will support projects to move from ‘PoC’ to the development of a market-viable ‘MVP’ to secure their first users.

2. Treasury Management V1.2 (voting starts on 5th Dec, Thursday)
Entropy Advisors proposes two treasury tracks to tackle treasury management:
Treasury Management (TMC): 10M ARB for ARB-only strategies + 15M ARB converted to stables.
Growth Management (GMC): 7,500 ETH, DAO-approved spending only.
Each track gets a 3-member committee for specialized focus, with funds under the Arbitrum Foundation’s custody.

1. User Research: Why build on Arbitrum? (voting ends on 6th Dec, Friday)
RnDAO is proposing to fund research to understand why builders choose @arbitrum, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and guide future development by interviewing developers and entrepreneurs.
Live interviews will be conducted with diverse builders and competitors’ users, guided by a Stakeholder Council including Arbitrum organizations and DAO delegates.
The goal of this proposal is to understand and document builder motivations, preferences, and decision-making processes, which could be used to refine ecosystem growth strategies.
Budget: $38.6k (Arbitrum-only) or $58.4k (includes Solana/Optimism), with a $20k success bonus, delivered in milestones tied to progress and final results.

2. Designing and operating the reporting and information function (voting ends on 6th Dec, Friday)
The DAO has spent 425M ARB on 40+ initiatives over 18 months, but reporting remains inconsistent, limiting transparency and performance tracking. This proposal aims to establish a Reporting and Information function to improve initiative visibility, transparency, and decision-making for the DAO.
Importance: Reporting is critical for organizational growth, learning, and credibility, addressing gaps in data capture, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Budget: Up to $263,260 for 12 months (including 4 months backpay), supporting ongoing reporting, community involvement, and research on improving data workflows.
