1. Arbitrum Hackathon Builder Continuation Program (voting ends on 19th Dec, Thursday)

RnDAO proposes to co-fund a phased 6-month program in partnership with Arbitrum DAO to invest in 4 Arbitrum CollabTech Hackathon winners with the aim of taking these projects from a hackathon PoC to MVP.

:arrow_right: ArbitrumDAO will invest $187,980 into the ventures (including half of the program admin costs), while RnDAO will provide $200,000 for the second half of the admin and operational costs and invest in the projects by providing weekly hands-on support.

:arrow_right: Phase 1 will focus on validating ideas and understanding the market landscape, while Phase 2 will support projects to move from ‘PoC’ to the development of a market-viable ‘MVP’ to secure their first users.

2. Treasury Management V1.2 (voting ends on 20th Dec, Friday)

Entropy Advisors proposes two treasury tracks to tackle treasury management:

:one: Treasury Management (TMC): 10M ARB for ARB-only strategies + 15M ARB converted to stables.
:two: Growth Management (GMC): 7,500 ETH, DAO-approved spending only.

Each track gets a 3-member committee for specialized focus, with funds under the Arbitrum Foundation’s custody.

1. ARDC (V2) Elections (voting ends on 12th Dec, Thursday)

As outlined in the ARDC V2 Tally proposal, the following ARDC roles are up for election:

As per the updated Arbitrum DAO procedures, the election type will be weighted and shielded voting, which is the default for Snapshot elections.

2. Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp (voting ends on 12th Dec, Thursday)

The onboarding working group is requesting $193,138 in ARB to run a V2 onboarding program, which will function like a Governance Bootcamp to source and train a select group of new DAO contributors.

:arrow_right: Selected applicants will receive a monthly stipend of $1,500 and undergo a 6-week curated curriculum that will cover all the fundamentals of participating in Arbitrum DAO governance and more.

:arrow_right: The 10 highest-scoring participants will become ‘Governance Fellows’ and be matched with an protocol to assist with governance work.

3. Arbitrum D.A.O. Domain Allocator Offerings) Grant Program - Season 3 (voting ends on 12th Dec, Thursday)

JojoTheCow proposes a third season of the Domain Allocators Offerings Grant Program that would run for a full year, encompassing the existing four domains (Protocols, Education/Community and Events, Dev Tooling, and Gaming) while potentially adding a fifth domain (Orbit), costing either $6,622,200 or $7,477,800 in ARB accordingly.
