Next Level: Golden Tides Playtest
The Next Level playtest series is back for its second installment, and this quarter we’re excited to invite DAO members to play Golden Tides: a pirate PVP adventure MOBA, developed by Psychedelic Games, where you and your crew dive into explosive battles across land and sea.

Governance Updates
AGV Council Elections
We are aware of the previously communicated reference timeline for Council Elections.
As reported during October 28th’s “Open Discussion of Proposals Governance Call”, the DAO can expect a comprehensive procedure outlined in full on the forum by the end of this week.
We would like to assure delegates that the careful design of the election process is being undertaken to ensure a robust program.

Conference Activities
This month we attended Tech Week in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. During these two events, we met with founders, investors, and others in both the crypto and broader tech industries to talk about how Arbitrum is the best place to build web3 gaming and entertainment projects. The connections we made at these events have already led to some interesting deal flow, and we look forward to investigating these projects over the coming weeks.
