Rational: We appreciate the work that the SeedGov team has conducted over the past iterations of the program. This last DIP cycle does, however, seem more dynamic than what we had hoped for at the start of it. We are all for iteration, but the degree of discretion and subjectivity involved in the previous process did raise some eyebrows. Regardless, we do think that SeedGov is the most competent team to lead the DIP from an experience perspective. And we also appreciate this iteration process going through a formalized vote prior to the DIP’s conclusion later this year. We were a bit torn in terms of the reduction proposed across the board, but decided that it may be for the best. The further focus on meeting quorum, especially based on the recent quorum alteration proposal, demonstrates that rewarding voting for larger stakeholders at least for now may be the right direction to take. The ≥500,000 ARB voting threshold makes sense if the goal is to mainly increase voting, but this decision/rationale should be reviewed later. The goal of initial programs seemed to be more broadly focused for the sake of increasing overall participation, regardless of size.

Rationale: We supported each on of the proposals that are mentioned in this Tally vote. None of our opinions about the proposals have since changed. The cost cap removal will help remove unnecessary overhead. The executor updates and Tether legacy bridge deprecation will assist in cleaning up operations.
