Arbitrum Builder Pods is a university-focused builder activation program designed to create a long-term builder base for Arbitrum across engineering colleges in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan in India.
The program began with on-campus Builder Labs, where students received a hands-on introduction to Ethereum, Arbitrum, Stylus, and Orbit.
From each Lab, interested and shortlisted students formed Builder Pods for their respective universities. These Pods were then supported through continued mentorship, project ideation, technical guidance, and showcase opportunities.
Xcan was used as a verification and learning medium to track student progress, project completion, and participation transparently. The primary focus of the program remained the creation of active Arbitrum builder communities rather than the platform itself.
Performance Against KPIs
| Milestone | Projected KPIs | Actual Results |
|---|---|---|
