Summary:
AXUSD is a crypto-native lending and settlement asset with real-world asset exposure introduced exclusively at the collateral layer. We are deploying and operating AXUSD-denominated lending markets on Arbitrum using Euler V2, with additional markets prepared for Morpho.
The system enables capital-efficient borrowing against both traditional crypto collateral and yield-bearing RWA instruments, while preserving DeFi composability, transparent risk controls, and on-chain governance.
This post is shared during an active observation window focused on verification, risk review, and infrastructure hardening prior to broader scaling.
What Is Live Today:
• AXUSD stablecoin deployed on Arbitrum One
• Euler V2 AXUSD Lending Vault live with USDC, USDT, WETH, and ARB collateral
• Protocol fee routing configured on-chain (10 percent of borrower interest)
• Public observer dashboard with real-time vault metrics
• Verified contracts and open-source integrations
What Is Prepared for Deployment:
• Morpho lending markets for AXUSD against USDY and USTBL
• Conservative Euler vault configuration for risk-averse capital
• Expanded on-chain reporting and monitoring
• Incremental TVL growth through seeded liquidity and incentives
Why This Matters for Arbitrum:
• Introduces lending use cases for yield-bearing RWA collateral
• Expands institutional-grade DeFi credit infrastructure
• Attracts new RWA-aligned capital without altering issuance mechanics
• Prioritizes transparency and measured deployment over growth-at-all-costs
Grant Intent:
We intend to apply to Arbitrum Foundation Grants under DeFi / RWA Infrastructure to support liquidity bootstrapping, security review, and controlled market activation.
Observation Window Commitments:
• No public fundraising
• No retail solicitation
• No yield guarantees
• No discretionary off-chain controls
• Focused on delivery, verification, and reporting
We welcome feedback from the Arbitrum community on market design, risk parameters, and milestone alignment.
