Proposal: [Constitutional] AIP: Automate Timeboost Proceeds Split

Rationale: We’re voting for this one. The 97/3 split was already decided when Timeboost was adopted, so this just makes it run automatically instead of needing a fresh 30 day vote every time the ADG’s 3% has to be moved. It’s cleaner, the ADG gets its share faster, and the code has already been audited. Sending over the share that’s built up in the treasury so far also seems fair. One small thing we’d like is some regular reporting on what actually flows to the ADG, plus a check in down the line to make sure the split still makes sense. Other than that, no concerns.
