DAOplomats voted AGAINST extending ARDC V2.

As we originally stated, the ARDC team has done good work with very insightful reports.

However, we decided to vote against a renewal as this proposal wasn’t polished to incorporate very good feedback from delegates. Plus, a solution to our questions on impact pathways and funding model rigidity wasn’t given. We believe these areas should have been addressed before the vote went live.

DAOplomats is voting FOR this proposal on Snapshot.

Entropy did a pretty solid job in Y1. They put good structures in place and a very good job organizing and aligning with the Foundation.

Our major concern with the Y2-Y3 plan was in the area of compensation and the vesting schedule. However, with better alignment on how the 15M ARB will be used, we are comfortable supporting this proposal during the temp check.

This update to support direct contract calls is a value add and a much welcome upgrade.

Seeing that this reduces complications and thus streamlines the upgrade process, we are comfortable supporting during this temp check.

We support strengthening the DAO’s governance framework through this updated Code of Conduct. This proposal improves accountability and clarity, sets expectations for “contributors’” behavior, and gives the community a process to address violations.

These updates are foundational for scaling governance participation responsibly and credibly.

Disabling the legacy Tether bridge is the most optimal path forward, as it no longer meets current security and operational standards.

Since all known integrators have transitioned to the new USDT0 bridge, and clear public communications have been made, this is a necessary step to protect users and streamline the bridging experience.

We are in favor of consolidating idle USDC into the ATMC’s stablecoin balance, allowing the Treasury Council to manage these assets more efficiently. This move reduces fragmentation, streamlines reporting, and improves the DAO’s ability to execute treasury strategies without affecting ownership or oversight.

DAOplomats voted in favor of this proposal majorly because of the updated way of evaluating delegates feedback. We believe the objective approach will work better than how it has been done in the past. We were also in favor of excluding vote-buying platforms.

Voted: FOR

Updating to Dia keeps Arbitrum abreast with Ethereum’s upcoming updates and is net-positive for the chain.

[Snapshot] Revert the Delegate Incentive Program (DIP) to Version 1.5

Voted: Revert to v1.5

We were generally in support of this change during the discussion phase but after voting in favor of the v1.7 just a few weeks ago, we were on the fence.

However, although we wanted to abstain during the temp check, we decided to vote to revert just to give the team behind DIP some food for thought on incentives alignment for delegates and/or contributors.

We supported this proposal during the onchain vote as it was a consolidation of three constitutional proposals we already showed support of during the temp check.
