Delegate Incentive Program 1.5 - Application Thread and Code of Conduct Adherence
Introduction
Since the approval of the Code of Conduct in Snapshot with a majority support of the DAO, regulations regarding COI Disclosure are in effect in our community:
At the same time, the approved DIP 1.5 proposal incorporates as a requirement that delegates adhere to any social agreements reached by the DAO, mentioning the subsequently approved Code of Conduct:
In addition, the same Code of Conduct mentions that the delegates participating in the DIP must adhere publicly to the Code of Conduct.
To this effect, please be reminded that the Program Administrator reserves the right to suspend or ban any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements, with the participant having an “appeal instance” to the DAO:

Having provided the necessary context, we now ask all participating delegates to re-submit their applications in this thread, incorporating two new items:
Disclosure of all possible COIs you may wish to mention. The following are examples of possible COIs, but this list is not exhaustive and is not exhaustive:
Affiliation or employment/financial relationship with any current DAO Service Provider.
Affiliation or employment/financial relationship with any Organization or Community within the scope of Arbitrum DAO.
Affiliation or employment/financial relationship with another individual/organization participating in the DIP.
Other ties that may suggest the possibility of a Conflict of Interest that the delegate deems necessary to disclose.
A paragraph publicly adhering to the Code of Conduct in its entirety in the following format:

I am a delegate in multiple other chains and protocols, including but not limited to zkSync, Optimism. Edit - I do, however, invest in some early stage projects, that may decide to launch in Arbitrum. If it comes to it, I will always abstain from all related votes, and explain why.

Earnings Disclosure: I have had two proposals passed for Plurality Labs/Thrive where I was paid a salary from Thrive along with equity.

COI Disclosure: I am the founder of ArbitrumNewsDAO (ANDAO), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting projects within the Arbitrum ecosystem, particularly startups, by helping them build and grow their communities. Our team also runs Layer2NewsDAO, AINewsDAO and MonadNewsDAO as the brand expansion of ArbitrumNewsDAO.
I currently serve as a delegate for ArbitrumDAO and have not acted as a delegate for any other DAOs. Additionally, I am not employed by, affiliated with, or compensated in any way by any other L1 or L2 DAO that competes with Arbitrum.
I hold a diverse portfolio of tokens, though none represent significant positions in any L1 or L2 chains other than ETH and ARB, which together account for approximately 90% of my total portfolio. I’m an Arbitrum maxi. My other L2 token (OP, ZK, STRK, ZRC, and Move) holdings primarily come from public airdrops. Additionally, I hold a variety of tokens on the Arbitrum network, including MAGIC, GMX, GRAIL, etc. Should any proposal arise that directly supports these tokens, I will disclose my holdings clearly and transparently within the proposal.

I do not receive any compensation or incentives from these DAOs, and there are no conflict-of-interest activities associated with these communities.I hold a variety of tokens, including ETH, ARB, some public chain assets, and BTC. As an active DeFi miner exploring Web3, I will disclose any relevant token holdings if I support proposals related to them.

COI Disclosure: I am also a HOP delegate, which is a protocol that bridges L2 protocols together - this includes Arbitrum. In instances where a COI arises I have made sure to avoid any favoritism in my decision, including making abstaining votes where that is functionally impossible. I will continue to do so in the future.
