We are actively fighting for the development of the DAO and have at least 10 projects with delegations.

ARDC Research Member Election

Out team voted for candidates in the following ratio:

10% - Blockworks / Delphi Digital
90% - The Block

Although both teams are very professional, The Block has, in our opinion, more thorough researches.
And The Block team has more experience since 2018 unlike Blockworks.

ARDC DAO Advocate Election

Out team voted for candidates in the following ratio:

100% - L2BEAT / Ant Federation
0% - Pavel Fedotov

Our team has analyzed the applications and notes L2BEAT’s more significant experience in DAO.
We also believe that a team can perform this function better than one person.

ARDC Security Member Election

There are decent companies for this job, so the distributions are approximately equal.
But our team has slight preferences for companies that have proven themselves in the crypto space.
So, the distribution of our votes is as follows:

  1. OpenZeppelin - 40%
  2. Trail of Bits - 15%.
  3. Zellic/Dedaub - 5%.
  4. Nethermind - 25%.
  5. Halborn - 10%.
  6. DoDAO - 0%.
  7. Spearbit - 5%

ARDC Risk Member Election

Our team voted FOR Elections of Chaos Labs.
Although only one company is represented, it is more than qualified and experienced for risk management.
Our team is glad that, in the absence of competition, truly good professionals were presented for this position

Out team cp0x voted FOR this fix.
It fixes important parameters for reducing commissions and increasing competitiveness Arbitrum

[Non-constitutional] Proposal to fund Plurality Labs Milestone 1B(ridge)

cp0x voted in favor of this proposal (on Tally, previous on Snapshot)
The team of Plurality Labs took our comments into account and runs a useful grant program for the development of DAO.

[Non-Constitutional AIP] Front-end interface to force transaction inclusion during sequencer downtime

cp0x voted FOR this proposal. It’s interface will make the forced inclusion process more straightforward and understandable.
Although I hope that the sequencer will work without failures, this tool will come in handy as a safety net.

Questbook DDA Program Phase 2 Request for Continuation

After discussions within the team, cp0x decided to vote FOR this proposal.
We have no questions about the previous stage of this program and we hope that the future stage will be even more successful for the development of projects in Arbitrum.
This does not mean that we agree with all points of this program, but in general the useful prevails here.

Catalyze Arbitrum Gaming: HADOUKEN!

cp0x decided to vote Against this proposal.

  1. We do not agree with the allocation of a significantly larger amount ARB for games than for funding financial products
  2. I don’t agree with the game development strategy, where for 200 million ARB we can simply saturate the industry with money without putting any effort into creating high-end games.
For example, the cost of game development
    image
The creation of at least 1 such game will bring millions of users
  3. Arbitrum tried only one option - giving money to startups to develop games. Only this option.
Why not go another way with AAA or AA games, because this is a normal approach to diversification.
  4. In addition, my idea is to try to use existing and successful games to implement them into web3

Double-Down on STIP Successes (STIP-Bridge)

cp0x voted against this proposal
I have several complaints about this proposal:

  1. Projects received a certain number of ARBs for their ongoing activities. If they needed more money, they would have asked for it immediately
  2. Before funding a project, it is necessary to understand its effectiveness. Therefore, it is incorrect to give additional funds without analysis, since we do not know what we did with the previous grant
  3. There is no problem in analyzing the activities of projects in order to issue grants to them. There is no problem in spending time on this
  4. I categorically do not support the idea that funding should ultimately be permanent. Grants are needed for startups and to attract liquidity, and not to keep projects afloat only at the expense of this money

Empowering Early Contributors: The community Arbiter Proposal 2.0

Our team voted Against this proposal.
I think, that any offers that provide drops or grants should be competitive.
This proposal provides funding only to a limited number of people, and does not provide the opportunity to receive a similar drop to the same people who were active at the early stage of Arbitrum development.
Our comments to adjust this proposal to improve the fairness of financial distribution was not taken into account

Delegate to Voter Enfranchisement Pool — Event Horizon

I think that:

  1. This unfairly increases the share of votes in relation to those who spent a lot of money and time.
  2. Such a share of votes can practically not influence the result, and the most important part of the decision is the discussion on the forum, in which I do not see hundreds of participants with a small number of votes.
  3. In fact, you will be able to control a large share of the vote and decide who to accept into your electorate.
  4. You give users the opportunity to vote twice: once through your platform, and once through their share.
