We are proud to announce the initial outcomes of the fifth month of the Delegate Incentive Program. We can now share results with the Arbitrum ecosystem.

For July’s iteration of the program, 53 participants enrolled, out of which 46 met the necessary requirements to qualify.

:gear: Parameters Breakdown

:yellow_circle: Snapshot Voting

During the month, there were a total of 5 Snapshot Votes, which were considered for the assignment of scores by SV. It is important to note that only those proposals that ended in July were counted. These are the proposals that were taken into account:

  1. Approval of STEP committee recommendations
  2. Improving Predictability in Arbitrum DAO’s Operations
  3. Pilot for a Questbook Jumpstart fund for problem definition and DAO improvement
  4. Furucombo’s Misuse of Funds
  5. Change Arbitrum Expansion Program to allow deployments of new Orbit chains on any blockchain

:large_blue_circle: Tally Voting

For this month, there were a total of 2 Tally Votes considered for TV scoring. It is important to note that only those proposals that ended in July were counted. These are the proposals that were considered:

  1. [Non-Constitutional] - Subsidy Fund Proposal from the ADPC
  2. [NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Pilot Phase: Arbitrum Ventures Initiative

:green_circle: Communication Rationale

For the CR, the published rationals of all the votes of the month were considered, taking into account Snapshot and Tally, that is to say, that to obtain the maximum qualification in this aspect a delegate had to express his rational of all the votes of the month, in other words, 7 (5 Snapshot + 2 Tally).

The 5 Snapshot proposals were considered.

Treasure DAO received 3 Bonus Points because of an issue when casting its vote. BP was allocated to fill the gap of the uncasted vote.

According this the results presented before the total cost destined to the delegates this month will be 136.263,59 ARBs

:family_woman_woman_girl_boy: New Members of the Program

As we said in previous posts, any delegate can apply to the program anytime.

We have one new participant that will be part of the program next month:

As stated in the proposal, delegates have 2 days to express their disagreement with the results presented by the Incentive System Administrator.

To raise a dispute, delegates should do so by posting a message in the forum using the following template:

Dispute for Snapshot Voting and Communication Rationale Scoring

404DAO

We received 12/15 points for Snapshot voting and 21.84/25 points for Communication Rationale. However, our own records indicate we successfully voted for all 5 snapshot votes and provided rationale for all 7 votes. Our rationale for votes occurring during July 1st-19th can be found here and votes occurring during July 20th-31st can be found here.

Please let us know if there any additional information we can provide.

Dispute fCommunication Rationale Scoring

I received 21.43/25 points for Communication Rationale. After reviewing the “Forum comments” tab, I saw that one CR was not accounted for.

@SEEDGov - I appreciate all of your hard work. I found a few errors. Will submit them shortly.

  1. Received only a Voting Rationale for Pilot Phase of Arbitrum Venture Initiative. As @lino , @Immutablelawyer or @ana.vc can attest I’ve been helping the team since EthCC and am thanked on the Tally proposal. While I did not add proposal rationale, I should receive the bonus here. As I understand it bonus works when you help submit a proposal. =)

  2. Savvy DAO received 9 points for snapshot voting indicating we voted on 3/5 proposals, but we actually voted on 4/5 proposals.
    See below how the Orbit Chain Expansion was voted with our new delegate wallet of 0xA9cD2D7Fe90321BadD16ebf6b5dB7A6Be099ef2E.

We’ve seen you are mentioned in the proposal. CP parameter is not counted as it only refers to Snapshot discussions. CP for that proposal was counted last month :slight_smile:

About Bonus Points:

I can observe that you are one of the multisig members of the AVI proposal and also a operational budget. Do you receive any kind of funding because of this proposal?

Since your delegation changed it’s address in July, Karma Dashboard can only count the SV of the previous one. We added 3 Bonus Points in order to match the score of the missing vote.

Regarding the AVI proposal: I have not received any funding from the project. @ana.vc or @lino can confirm.
