[DRAFT] Nexus Watch by VeriOmnion: Real-Time Financial Integrity & Institutional Signal

Title – [DRAFT] Nexus Watch by VeriOmnion: Real-Time Financial Integrity & Institutional Signal

Constitutional / Non-Constitutional: Non-Constitutional

Abstract: Nexus Watch is a specialized intelligence layer designed to isolate high-signal capital movements from on-chain noise within Arbitrum One. It provides the DAO with curated visibility into whale activity, exchange flows, and bridge velocity to enhance governance foresight.

Motivation: Currently, institutional-grade data on Arbitrum is either fragmented or proprietary. By supporting Nexus Watch, the community ensures that critical financial intelligence remains a Public Good, preventing a monopoly of information by private actors and enhancing transparency for all delegates.

Rationale: This project aligns with Arbitrum’s values of transparency and decentralization. It empowers the DAO with the same level of data sophistication used by institutional investors, fostering a more informed and stable governance environment.
