1. Executive summary

Chain.Love successfully delivered all 4 milestones of the Arbitrum Developer Tooling grant ($21,000). Over the grant period (November 2025 – March 2026), we launched and maintained a production infrastructure aggregation Toolbox for Arbitrum, built an open-source community-driven data layer, shipped developer-requested features, and drove measurable adoption across the Arbitrum developer ecosystem.

The Toolbox is live at https://arbitrum.chain.love and serves as a single hub where developers discover, compare, and access RPCs, indexers, oracles, bridges, explorers, dev tools, wallets, agents, MCPs, and more across Arbitrum One, Nova, and Sepolia.

Key results:

  • Toolbox uptime: 99.996% over the last 90 days (100% over last 30 days)

  • Peak MAU: ~380 (February 2026) — driven by promotion from ArbitrumDevs X account

  • Current MAU: 139 (March 2026, stabilized organic baseline)

  • 30+ community GitHub PRs merged from 14 unique external contributors, plus ongoing contributions and verification by the Chain.Love team

  • 3 developer-requested features shipped (subscriptions view, AI badge, SDK language filter)

  • Full coverage: Arbitrum One, Nova, Sepolia — RPCs, indexers, oracles, bridges, explorers, dev tools, wallets, agents, MCPs, SDKs etc

  • ≥ 5 service providers listed per category per network

  • Contributor UI live enabling community data submissions

2. Adoption metrics

All metrics are publicly verifiable via the links below.

MAU growth over grant period

Our grant commitment was ≥25% month-over-month MAU growth with a target of ≥300 MAU by Milestone 3.

Month-by-month trajectory:

  • November 2025 (grant start): toolbox deployed, initial data population

  • December 2025: ~70 MAU (Milestone 1 completed, soft launch)

  • January 2026: ~220 MAU (+214% MoM — organic growth after launch)

  • February 2026: ~380 MAU (+73% MoM — peak, driven by promotion from ArbitrumDevs: https://x.com/ArbitrumDevs/status/2004689956405743965 )

  • March 2026: 139 MAU

The February peak of ~380 MAU exceeded our Milestone 3 target of ≥300 MAU. The current 139 MAU represents the organic baseline after the campaign period ended, and we expect this to grow steadily as we expand the platform with new categories (agents, MCPs)

4. Ecosystem impact

For Arbitrum developers:

  • Single discovery point for all infrastructure providers — RPCs, indexers, oracles, bridges, explorers, dev tools, wallets, agents, and MCPs — eliminating hours of manual research

  • AI-powered search returns best-fit infrastructure for any use case on Arbitrum

  • Side-by-side comparison with unified pricing, rate limits, and feature data

For the Arbitrum ecosystem:

  • Open data layer: all data in public GitHub repo, forkable and community-verifiable

  • Embeddable widget ready for Arbitrum docs and ecosystem portals

  • Full coverage of Arbitrum One, Nova, and Sepolia

  • Provider visibility: infrastructure providers gain direct exposure to the Arbitrum developer base

  • Endorsed by ArbitrumDevs via official promotion to their developer audience

  • Chain.Love team verifies listings, engages providers, and curates data quality beyond community contributions

5. What we are building next

On-chain payments via x402 — programmable payments for all infrastructure services on-chain using USDC via x402. Every API payment becomes a verifiable transaction on Arbitrum, turning infrastructure consumption into measurable on-chain volume.

MCP gateway for AI agents — a single MCP endpoint giving agents programmatic access to every Arbitrum infrastructure service. Agents query, filter, route, and pay on-chain autonomously. Positions Arbitrum as the infrastructure layer where AI agents transact.

All modules will be integrated into https://arbitrum.chain.love/ — making it the single endpoint where developers and AI agents discover, use, and pay for Arbitrum infra services on-chain
