Executive Summary
-
Project Name: Forkast Prediction Market
-
Questbook Application: Forkast Prediction Market
-
Website: https://forkast.gg/
-
Discord: Forkast
-
Forkast is a prediction market for esports and crypto, which has surpassed $40M+ in traded volume across 500K+ trades since launching on Arbitrum in November. We have onboarding thousands of traders to making predictions with trades settling in USDC on Arbitrum.
-
The Questbook grant enabled us to have a much more impactful launch on Abitrum by bringing in well known creators and traders to promote Forkast. It also allowed us to give out free trading credit codes to a larger audience on X. Our launch would not have been anywhere as significant without this financial boost from the grant.
-
-
Performance Against KPIs
- Our original budget was $10k for creators and trading credit codes. With the addition of a $25K grant, this enabled us to go after larger creators and distribute another wave of codes to telegram and discord community groups we identified. This was the difference between a lackluster launch with only a few creators and not nearly as much ease of onboarding that the additional budget of trading credit codes provided us.
-
Qualitative Impact & Community Feedback
-
The amount of creators mentioning us on our launch triggered us to be trending on X.
-
If available 2-3 testimonials or feedback pieces from participants/users

Financial Summary
-
50% of the funds were utilized to onboard over 500 unique users through free trading credit codes
-
50% of the funds were also used to support creators who posted about Forkast and streamed trading prediction markets on Forkast
-
This enabled us to 2x our budget for creators and the Free2Trade credit campaign

-
Future Plans & Continued Ecosystem Alignment
-
Next steps for the project post-grant:
-
How do you plan to expand on the original idea? We plan to announce a trading league called TVT League that expands on the original campaign and takes in learning lessons from our work with creators and streamers
-
We plan to continue to support the Arbitrum ecosystem through campaigns targeting defi traders and content creators on X and in Discord. The grant also allowed us to secure community partnerships with groups we continue to engage with today.

Thanks for sharing this final report and welcome to the Arbitrum forum, and Forkast team.
It’s great to see a clear breakdown of how the Questbook grant translated into user acquisition (500+ unique users) and creator campaigns, alongside the $40M+ volume on Arbitrum.
I especially appreciate the split between trading credit codes and creator incentives, and the intention to iterate via the upcoming TVT League.
As a governance-focused delegate, I’d be curious to see more detail over time on user retention and how many of these onboarded users remain active on Arbitrum-native markets, but overall this looks like a solid and transparent use of funds thank you for the accountability and for supporting the ecosystem.
