Transfer 8,500 ETH from the Treasury to ATMC’s ETH Treasury Strategies (Snapshot)
Gauntlet has voted in favor of transferring ETH to the ATMC’s Treasury Strategies. While Treasury management has historically been disjointed, recent moves by the TMC have demonstrated benefits to the committee’s ability to move quickly without bureaucratic issues. This operational improvement must be matched with strong execution, however.
We look forward to seeing how the ATMC manages this new endowment and trust that the introduction of OpCo will provide a healthy competitive force to drive the ATMC to deliver extraordinary and aligned results for the DAO.

[Constitutional] AIP: DVP Quorum (Snapshot)
Vote: For
Gauntlet is in favor of the DVP Quorum, specifically due to the risk of quorum not being met on constitutional proposals. While we believe there are more elegant routes to increasing delegation, it’s clear that this is a critical step in the short term to ensure that the DAO remains functional even with low participation.

Arbitrum Security Council Elections (Onchain)
In addition to supporting itself with 2M votes, Gauntlet supports ZachXBT, Emiliano Bonassi, gzeon, Griff Green, Blockful, Daniel Goldman, Consensys, and Wakeup Labs.

Transfer 8,500 ETH from the Treasury to ATMC’s ETH Treasury Strategies (Onchain)
Gauntlet voted in favor of the 8,500 ETH transfer to the Arbitrum TMC. We believe added yield sources are critical to Arbitrum’s long-term stability, and the upside of supporting growth with strategic deployments of Protocol-Owned Liquidity should not be understated.

AGV Council Compensation Calibration: Benchmark for Future Council Terms (Snapshot)
Vote: For

[Temperature Check] Should we try a Delegate Incentive Program like the Arbitrum Triple Dip?
Vote: Against
Gauntlet believes alternatives being proposed by AF and OpCo provide better opportunities to improve upon DIP than the ideas proposed by the Triple Dip program.

The DAO Incentive Program (DIP 2.0) (Snapshot)
Vote: Abstain
After reviewing community discussion and delegate concerns, we think this is a step in the right direction, however there are a few changes we’d suggest:

  1. Removing the Peer Review aspect
  2. Seperating Contributor rewards from the Delegate rewards - a position we’ve held for a long time now.

Overall, we have fewer concerns around a Program Manager or OpCo working to operate the program. We think this is reasonable, efficient, and believe some of the concerns in this regard are overblown.
