My name is Rubén Winer. I’m based between Chile and Argentina, and I’ve been active in the crypto ecosystem for several years—mainly in community-building, governance participation, and helping bring Web3 initiatives to Latin America.
I recently began contributing to DAO spaces and I’m especially interested in how decentralized governance and more traditional organizational models can coexist to strengthen ecosystems like Arbitrum. I believe LATAM has huge potential both in user adoption and in builder activity, and I’d like to support Arbitrum in growing its presence in the region.
