ABOUT

Any ecosystem is bound to falter without proper administration, organisation, and systems of checks and balances. Coupled with that, Web3 moves fast, often faster than the systems meant to govern it. And being in a space defined by constant innovation, we have seen projects that fail to evolve risk getting left behind. That’s why we don’t see governance as just about voting but as a mechanism for oversight and a driver of alignment and long-term direction.

At LAD, we help communities keep pace with the broader ecosystem to scale responsibly, stay grounded in their values, and move with clarity. We focus on ensuring the structures and systems we help build don’t slow us down but help us move faster, together, and in the right direction. We do this by doing the work, showing up consistently, understanding what’s at stake, asking the right questions, casting informed votes, and helping shape a dynamic, lasting system.

DELEGATE VALUES AND CONDUCT

As a delegate, we prioritize integrity, transparency, and accountability. We believe in always showing up and actively listening to the community, making informed decisions, and providing clear reasoning behind every vote.

DISCLOSURE

We are DAO-centric, meaning we participate in other DAOs and actively engage in enhancing their governance and decision-making processes. However, we remain committed to transparency and to avoiding conflicts of interest in my work with the Arbitrum community. When necessary, we will disclose any potential conflicts of interest during our engagement.

January 2025

[SNAPSHOT]: Non-Constitutional: Stable Treasury Endowment Program 2.0

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR this proposal because it integrate real-world assets (RWAs) into the Arbitrum ecosystem and strengthen the DAO.

February 2025

[SNAPSHOT]: Arbitrum Audit Program

VOTED: FOR

We supported this proposal, considering early-stage projects and wanting them to have a good start regarding security. Being able to afford it goes a long way in this space.

[SNAPSHOT]: Approve the Nova Fee Sweep Action

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR this proposal because it utilizes the modern fee routing system and streamlines fund management from the DAO Treasury.

[SNAPSHOT]: OpCo: A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR this proposal because it is a proactive step towards future-proofing the DAO’s operations while still being accountable to the DAO.

[TALLY]: OpCo: A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution

VOTED: FOR

Same rationale as the snapshot vote.

[TALLY]: Non-Constitutional: Stable Treasury Endowment Program 2.0

VOTED: FOR

We maintained our view in the snapshot vote and voted FOR the proposal.

[TALLY]: Arbitrum D.A.O. (Domain Allocator Offerings) Grant Program - Season 3

VOTED: FOR

We voted in favor of this proposal because it shows Arbitrum DAO’s commitment to increasing interoperability within the ecosystem. Seasons 1 and 2 have shown massive growth in domain allocations, and we believe a third season will be a boost in achieving the community’s roadmap.

[TALLY]: [Constitutional AIP] Activate Arbitrum BoLD + Infura Nova Validator Whitelist

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR this proposal because it advances Arbitrum’s journey toward enhanced decentralization. Given Nova’s relatively lower Total Value Locked (TVL), unrestricted validation could pose centralization risks, but keeping the validator set permissioned will ensure stability while progressing toward decentralization.

March 2025

[SNAPSHOT]: GMC’s Preferred Allocations (7,500 ETH)

VOTED: FOR

We voted in favor of this proposal because the three suggested reputable protocols have a solid track record, meaning our assets are safe. The yield also seemed reasonable for the specified timelines highlighted in the proposal.

[SNAPSHOT]: [CONSTITUTIONAL] Proposal: For Arbitrum DAO to register the Sky Custom Gateway contracts in the Router

VOTED: FOR

We supported this proposal because it addresses the bridging issues and increases the utility of tokens, particularly stablecoins, on the Arbitrum ecosystem.

[TALLY]: [NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp

VOTED: FOR

We supported this because we want contributors to take up the difficult governance roles and add significant value to our community and the ecosystem.

April 2025

[SNAPSHOT]: [Non-constitutional] ARB Incentives: User Acquisition for dApps & Protocols

VOTED: FOR

We supported this proposal because it is a performance-based approach to keeping real users of Arbitrum products, not just for the incentives but for the value they add.

[SNAPSHOT]: OpCo – Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT) Elections

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR this proposal because establishing the Oversight and Transparency Committee will ensure that every path to effective governance is duly followed.

[SNAPSHOT]: TMC Stablecoin Recommendation

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR because this proposal offers a smart, low-risk way to diversify the DAO’s treasury by converting ARB to stablecoins and generating steady yield through trusted asset managers.

[SNAPSHOT]: TMC ARB Recommendation

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR the TMC ARB Recommendation because we support the cautious approach of holding ARB tokens until more robust, transparent, and risk-managed strategies are proposed.

[TALLY]: [CONSTITUTIONAL] - Adopt Timeboost + Nova Fee Sweep

VOTED: FOR

We maintained the same reasoning on our snapshot vote

[TALLY]: [NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Arbitrum Audit Program

VOTED: FOR

Same rationale as our snapshot vote.

May 2025

[TALLY]: The Watchdog: Arbitrum DAO’s Grant Misuse Bounty Program

VOTED: FOR

We voted FOR this proposal because incentivizing responsible whistleblowing means the community protects its treasury without introducing excessive bureaucracy.
