How is your voting power currently being used in Arbitrum DAO decision making and what changes do you expect once the updated voting power is reflected by August 2026
Are there any risk mitigations or commitments you can make (for example transparency reports or regular governance updates) that would justify prioritizing your project in the next audit cohort
Do you have any current or planned integrations with other Arbitrum native protocols that would amplify the impact of this audit on the ecosystem
Answering these points would help delegates and community members evaluate the value of including your protocol in the upcoming Pguild DAOs Audit and how it contributes to making DAO participation more meaningful and exciting rather than just increasing individual voting power.

1 The Pguild DAOs Audit and associated token vesting/reflection would: For governance token holders Properly reflect and vest the Protocol Guild allocation into my voting power, this enables active participation instead of locked or unreflected tokens, Holders gain more accountable voice in Arbitrum DAO decisions.
For the wider Arbitrum community: Increased meaningful participation from committed builders, It reduces inactive voting power and adds an active delegate focused on DAO excitement governance Ul/tools improvements, and builder support as outlined in OpCo updates, This makes governance more dynamic.
2 Currently: My voting power is limited/under-reflected due to the pending Protocol Guild token vesting/audit, I participate where possible commenting on grants, governance Ul, and builder initiatives but with reduced weight.
After August 2026 reflection: Full voting power will allow consistent, active delegation on proposals especially those related to: DAO engagement & excitement, Grant program efficiency, Builder/OpCo initiatives and Governance tooling. This shifts from marginal input to full accountable participation aligned with long-term Arbitrum growth.
3 Yes I commit to the following to justify prioritization, Regular transparency Monthly OpCo/governance updates on the forum already started with June 2026 update, Public voting rationale Share reasoning for all votes I participate in. Progress tracking: Clear milestones and reports on how increased voting power is used to support builders and DAO participation. Accountability: Open to community feedback and delegate discussions, willing to share relevant wallet/delegation details. This steps minimize risks and demonstrate value beyond just more votes.
4 Current: Active engagement with Arbitrum DAO programs grants, governance discussions, OpCo initiatives and alignment with core Arbitrum tools/governance infrastructure.
Planned: Deeper integrations with Arbitrum-native governance tooling and builder platforms, Collaborations with other audited/established protocols to amplify builder onboarding and
DAO participation tools. Support for cross-protocol initiatives that strengthen overall ecosystem governance and activity.These would multiply the audit’s impact by turning updated voting power into concrete contributions across the ecosystem.
The next Pguild DAOs Audit cohort would directly support the goal of Making the DAO exciting again by activating committed participants, improving transparency, and driving builder-focused initiatives.

Definition of DAO Excitement
I define it as sustained, positive community energy that translates into higher engagement, better proposal quality, and tangible ecosystem contributions. It’s not just activity volume it’s meaningful participation where builders, voters, and members feel heard, inspired, and empowered to contribute.
I’II Track (using no-code + Al methods): Participation Rate: % of eligible voters/delegates who actively engage in proposals, forums, and discussions (tracked via Tally, Snapshot, and forum analytics).
Engagement Depth: Average comments per proposal, repeat participants, and proposal quality (e.g., how many lead to approved initiatives).
Sentiment & Feedback: Al-powered analysis of forum posts, Discord/Telegram chats, clarity, and excitement levels.
Retention & Growth: Active member trends over time (e.g., monthly active participants) and new member onboarding success.
How I’II Track This (No Coding Required):
Al Tools like Grok, Claude, or ChatGPT for summarizing long forum threads, running sentiment analysis on discussions, and generating easy-to-read reports.
Cross-reference with existing Arbitrum tools like Tally dashboards and Dune Analytics for on-chain participation data.
I’ll share these metrics publicly in my OpCo/governance updates (as mentioned) so the community can see progress and provide feedback.
2 Arbitrum-Native Tooling Integrations & Cross-Protocol Collaborations (Post-Reflection Priorities)
My focus is on leveraging existing Arbitrum-native platforms and enhancing them with Al for better accessibility, rather than building new tools from scratch.
Priorities I’ll Pursue:
Tally Enhancements: Push for (and help test)
Al features like proposal summaries, voter guides, and simplified rationales directly aligning with ongoing discussions around Al tooling for governance.
Cross Protocol Collaborations: Focus on partnerships with other Arbitrum ecosystem projects and DAOs (e.g. via joint quests, shared governance experiments, or co-hosted events). Prioritize areas like: Onboarding/new builder programs, Knowledge-sharing between DAOs on participation best practices.
All of this will be done through Al-assisted coordination (e.g. drafting proposals, summarizing discussions and transparent delegation.
This August 2026 reflection period gives us a great opportunity to align on concrete next steps that turn voting power into real builder momentum and community excitement.
