“De Fan a Builder” is a 12-week program created by Espacio Cripto where we are pushing the next generation of Builders in LATAM to create their professional career in crypto from 0 to 100 using the Arbitrum ecosystem as support in every lesson. We are very excited to have been selected in this initiative, we share our proposal below.
Pushing the next generation of Builders in LATAM
A big problem when entering the ecosystem is finding our own path, how to start developing our skills within it and obtaining job opportunities, that is how the idea of doing this program began.
We’re delivering Espacio Cripto de Fan a Builder Season 2, a 12-week educational program aimed to help people go full time in crypto and teach them about Arbitrum. It helps our community transition from Web3 enthusiasts to active builders, guiding them through basic crypto concepts to developing careers in crypto. In each session we will have this material with the support of an educational platform we are building named “Espacio Cripto HUB”.

This program is focused on the Builders of LATAM where there is a lot of potential and talent to grow the ecosystem. In addition, we will take the Builders to interact and build from Arbitrum for 12 weeks where they will be able to create projects that live within the network and help promote to the ecosystem, in addition to focusing the Public Goods and financing class on Oasis Onchain, explaining how they helped promote the retroactive scholarships for this season of “De Fan a Builder”.
During the first season we received a grant from Arbitrum to give retroactive scholarships to the builders, which fostered the builders’ motivation to successfully complete the program. With this grant we are giving 10 retroactive scholarships to the best builders in this season and also for operational costs. This season is planned to at start at mid-september of this year.
Milestones
Milestone 1: Awareness
- Deliverables: Promotional materials in social media
- Tasks: Create posts on our social media such as instagram, twitter, telegram and in our newsletter.
- Key results: Obtain at least 50 registered Builders
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Funding Expectation: 1,000 ARB
Milestone 2: Builders in action
- Deliverables: Real-time publication of the Builders’ progress after each session and deliver a detailed report of what happened during this season.
- Tasks: Create the sessions for each week, contact the mentor for each session and accompany the builders at all times by resolving their doubts and providing advice.
- Key results: Get the largest number of Builders interacting with Arbitrum during the sessions and apply it to their final project and give 10 retroactive scholarships to the best Builders.

During each session the Builders will receive an NFT on the Arbitrum network. We believe that the impact that the first season has had has been very good, with this Oasis Onchain initiative we want to continue promoting the next generation of Builders in LATAM and be a power within the ecosystem
