Network and Experience
As Chief Revenue Officer at Tally, I lead a team that drives growth and adoption for the industry-leading governance software platform. I joined Tally three years ago as the first go-to-market hire. I built a team across bd, customer success, and marketing that has grown Tally into a prominent brand and a critical piece of infrastructure across the Ethereum ecosystem. I sit on Tally’s board and play a cross-functional leadership role within the company.
Prior to Tally, I worked in marketing and sales leadership roles for eight years at Lucid, the industry-leading visual collaboration platform. I played a key role in growing Lucid from 50 to over 1,000 employees. During my time at Lucid, I hired dozens of employees, built teams of 20+, and led global cross-functional work streams within the organization.
Arbitrum Governance Contributions
In my role at Tally, I successfully passed and drove the implementation of two Arbitrum governance proposals: Expand Tally Support for the Arbitrum DAO and ARB Staking.
I serve in a number of leadership roles within the Arbitrum DAO. I’m a large, active delegate, which requires transparent and effective communication of governance decisions. I am a communications chair of the ARDC, where I amplify the work of service provides and drive alignment with key stakeholders within the DAO. I serve as a chair of the Multi-Sig Support Service (MSS), in which I drive critical operational process across the DAO and communicate the work of the MSS to the DAO.
Opco Vision
I see Opco as an organization within the Arbitrum DAO that drives growth and operational efficiency, while remaining accountable to delegates. I view Opco as being responsible for standing up and managing the operational success of major initiatives, including the following specific activities:
- Proactively identifying new market opportunities for the Arbitrum DAO and working with stakeholders to pursue them
- Ensuring initiatives are staffed by an Arbitrum aligned entity that is performing at a high level
- Ensuring deep, accurate and timely reporting to delegates
- Driving feedback loops between delegates and initiative owners
- Providing administrative infrastructure for operating initiatives
- Serving as a public champion for Arbitrum’s success across the ecosystem
I think Opco is successful if it achieves the following goals:
- The Arbitrum DAO has successfully entered multiple new lines of business that are showing early indicators of positive ROI
- Arbitrum DAO delegates and token holders fully understand and approve of the direction of the DAO and all of its key operational activities
- External perception of the Arbitrum DAO has approved significantly
