OpCo Update June 2026

Hello Arbitrum delegates and stakeholders,

This is the June 2026 OpCo monthly update. I’m posting on behalf of the OpCo Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT), of which I am an elected member along with Patrick McCorry, A.J. Warner, Pedro Breuer, and Gavin Wang. Please feel free to reply with questions and comments.

We hosted the monthly DAO call on Friday, June 5th at 3:00pm UTC.

Since the May update, we’ve been focused on hiring OpCo personnel, operationalizing the OpCo, and working in the DAO.

Hiring OpCo Personnel

  • We hired Armin as Director of Finance and Treasury.

  • We hired a Head of OpCo, details to be announced in a future meeting.

  • We are no longer actively recruiting for open positions.

Operationalizing the OpCo

  • Tamara, Sinkas and Armin have been actively driving the OpCo forward on several fronts, including:
  1. Supporting AAEs/increasing efficiency among AAEs
  • Onboarded Armin to OpCo Finance and its Finance roles/responsibilities within the AAE setup.
  1. Making the DAO exciting again
  1. DAO Strategy & Growth
  • Continuing to gather input for a cross-AAE high-level strategy

  • Started soft-onboarding Head of OpCo & planning a physical kick-off meeting with other AAEs

  1. Internal Operations
  • Announced OAT elections; candidates can apply until June 12th (extended from June 5)

  • Published the bi-annual transparency report

  • RAD bi-annual transparency report to be published by EOW

  • We have continued weekly OAT member meetings with strong attendance.

Working in the DAO

  • In Entropy’s TMC proposal, the OAT “approves or denies allocation recommendations from [Entropy]”. We are actively fulfilling this responsibility.

  • In Entropy’s proposal to Work Exclusively with the Arbitrum DAO, OpCo serves as Entropy’s counterparty. In addition, 10M ARB are set aside for the OAT to negotiate directly with Entropy Advisors on establishing short, medium, and long-term incentive mechanisms. We are actively working to finalize incentive mechanisms for Entropy.

  1. I’m not commenting with any major conflict rather than for the growth of arbitrum and the DAOs
  2. Making the DAO exciting again
  3. This is really exciting news to hear from the community as Arbitrum governance and eligible for Pguild since 2023 through the DAO grant program
  4. I’m really willing to give the best of my governance growth to arbitrum, that has been my priority since I started building my project as a eligible DAO member and eligible for protocol guild and seeking for the community to help and support rectify my own Pguild vested tokens so I can update my voting power (Trent Vanepps) can only allows my vested stream until the community nominate my project as (Oxsplits founder Williams) told me I’m eligible but I need to talk with Pguild but I know my community is in the right position of granting my vested streams via Pguild Governance token since 2023 I have been building my project :pushpin:
