This is the second and last report of the Experimental Delegate Incentive Program, in compliance with the proposal approved at Tally. TL;DR There has been a steady increase in the number of registrations and the number of delegates eligible to participate in the program, with a 16.2% increase in the number of participants and a 21% increase in the number of registrations between the first 3 months of the program and the last 3 months of the program.
