A transaction has been executed to close the initial Short Term Incentives Multisig. The multisig received 1,028,571 ARB due to there being unused STIP funds from Wormhole. The transaction executed three actions:
- OpenBlock Labs was paid 24,750 ARB as a true-up to correct an incorrect amount paid previously
- Signers were paid 1,000 ARB each for their participation in the STIP backfund
- The remaining 994,821 ARB was returned to the Treasury
