Establishing a DAO Events Budget for 2025 (Onchain)

Summary: This is a proposal requesting the event budget for Arbitrum DAO in 2025. Events are planned to be held in two categories: Delegate Gatherings and Ecosystem Growth Events. The main events scheduled are for ETHDenver, Bitcoin 2025, and EthCC. They are requesting a budget of $1.5 million USD, and any unused ARB will be returned to the DAO.

Summary: The Arbitrum Research and Development Collective (ARDC) is an initiative aimed at enhancing the Arbitrum ecosystem through research, security assessments, and governance optimization. The first term of the ARDC concluded with notable achievements, including the publication of 42 deliverables across research, security, and risk verticals, and the return of over 1 million ARB tokens to the DAO’s treasury, demonstrating tangible value to the community.

We vote FOR the proposal on Tally. We maintain our opinions made at the Snapshot phase and continue to support the new term of the ARDC. The funding amount was lower than the one we voted for, but with the recent price appreciation, it’s matched what we believe is the best.
