Arbitrum Foundation Workstream Updates

November 5th - Dec 10th

Marketing & DevRel

  • Devconnect Lead-Up:
    • Co-hosting ArbiLink Brazil with GMX
    • Messari × Arbitrum Report #2:
      • Arbitrum Everywhere: Beyond the Limits was published
      • Looking to localize into multiple languages
  • Devconnect 2025:
    • Two-day booth at the Devconnect conference
      • Welcomed hundreds of people to the booth during both days
      • Gamified the swag experience to give away swag including soccer ball, socks, mate cups and more
    • Full day Arbiverse event
      • Welcomed almost 800 people
      • Experiential event with booths, games, and talks
    • Half day ArbiPanadas event
      • Welcomed 250 people over 4 hours
      • Served traditional Argentinian delicacies including empanadas and tamales
    • BD Dinner
      • Welcomed 50 ecosystem partners to network with our team
  • DevRel:
    • Curated 10 demos as part of the Demo Theater at the booth
    • Ran a full content track at Arbiverse, with 9 sessions covering topics such as payments, Stylus, multichain, and more
    • Builder Newsletter signups grew by 6% as a result of Devconnect

Investments and Capital

  • The team is present at the Abu Dhabi Finance Week, with access to significant capital representation across C-level executives and capital partners, with strategic followups scheduled.

Finance

  • Continued payables and conversions processing for several DAO programs.
  • Supported Entropy treasury initiatives.
  • Supported OpCo hiring initiatives.

Governance

  • Rewarding Active Delegates (RAD) Program
    • Ran multiple delegate incentives workshops in Buenos Aires, as well as DAO calls.
    • The program is currently being voted upon on Snapshot.
  • Supported OCL team with [Constitutional] AIP: Activate ArbOS 51 (Dia) and Gas Pricing Updates.
  • Supported AGV team on AGV Council elections.
  • Facilitated Security Council elections - results were effectuated on Nov. 21st.
  • Devconnect presence: held two presentations, hosted three workshops, and participated in two panels, covering ArbitrumDAO- and ecosystem-wide governance challenges.

Ecosystem

  • Concluded the mentorship program benefiting Open House India winners: multiple mentorship program workshops were hosted together with the devrel team, e.g., on Arbitrum Roadmap and Value Prop.
  • Built new internal tooling integrations and dashboard for end to end processing of grants applications involving all decisions and operational stakeholders.
  • Published the Monthly Ecosystem Spotlight showcasing grantees’ milestones.
  • Extended the Arbifuel gas sponsorship program until 31 January 2026 to allow more projects to benefit from it.
