As a reminder, going forward, GRC calls will happen on the second Wednesday of each month to allow initiatives time to publish their monthly updates, and delegates to review them.

Tech
• Established DevRel Goals for 2026, focused on enriching the Monthly Active Developers (MAD) data set and improving conversion rates from Unique Builders (UB) to Active Builders (AB).
• Defined Data Goals for 2026, including creating infrastructure to link DevRel activities to core metrics.
• Evaluation of Nethermind and Erigon alt-client maturity, including negotiation of maintenance contracts and outlook on possible future developments.
• Continued support for DAO initiatives, including the Arbitrum Audit Program.
• Shared communications on the deprecation of certain 3rd-party tooling for Arbitrum Nova.

Marketing
• Set Marketing Goals for 2026 to curate how Arbitrum is everywhere through integrated, multi-channel storytelling.
• Launched the AE video series teaser.
• Prepared for the Open House Gather at ethDenver to drive quality founders to the Open House NY IRL.
• Scheduled presence at Consensus HK for PR and presentations, and Digital Asset Summit NY for speaking engagements.

Investments and Capital
• Coordinated new strategic opportunities with existing financial counterparties, including research spotlights and roundtables.
• Facilitated ongoing introductions and conviction building with investment firms and FOs.
• Conducted private meetings with hedge funds and investment offices during the Digital Asset Forum in London.

Finance
• Refined the payables process to increase transparency and strengthen controls.
• Finalized the process flow with the ATMC for the execution of DAO treasury initiatives.
• Completed redeployment of DAO STEP program allocation from TBILL to SPIKO as requested by the ATMC.

Ecosystem
• Progressed on launching the mentorship program (NY edition) as part of the NY Open House.
• Provided the Audit programs January update, processing 26 applications (14 rejected, 11 under review, 2 approved).
Robinhood Chain public testnet launches on Arbitrum - another institutional deployment on Arbitrum rails. Robinhood is also committing $1m to the 2026 Arbitrum Open House programme: four global buildathons and two in-person Founder Houses.

Governance
• Advanced the DVP Quorum proposal to voting on Snapshot.
Extended the Code of Conduct & DAO’s Procedures trial period to March 31st to allow OpCo time to take ownership and to give the DAO time to agree on any proposed changes.
• Published the second MSS Handover Report (Sept-Dec 2025).
